TGPP is justifiably proud of its operational excellence. We have been accredited to Environmental Compliance Standard ISO 14001 since 1997 and achieved ISO 9001 Quality Management System accreditation in 2001.

Over the years we have achieved a number of significant milestones and awards for safety and environmental performance. Some of these are listed below;

• Achieved BSC 5 Star Safety Award in 2001
• Five years consecutive Environment Agency Operations Risk Assessment (OPRA) Category A Scores with a gold star operator performance ranking
• Rolls Royce World Wide HSE Award 2005

• Achieved Investors In People Award in 1999, 2003, 2006
• RoSPA Order of Distinction for 15 years of Excellence in Health and Safety 2011
• 7 years consecutive Category EA OPRA Scores A
• Investors In People 10 Year Award in 2010

In addition in 2005, the Teesside Gas Processing Plant gained an award from the Juran Institute for the overall best in class gas processing terminal. This was the result of a benchmarking exercise by Juran of sixteen worldwide gas terminals and further demonstrates the operational excellence of TGPP.
